What to Expect
A 5-class programme that blends deep Taoist teachings with experiential practices.
Dr. Dan Vercammen will guide you through classical Taoist concepts of the body—not only as a physical structure but as a cosmic and spiritual landscape. Starting from the Chinese holistic view of body, mind, and spirit, we explore both ancient theory and embodied practice, from soft stretching and circulation exercises (Daoyin) and breathing exercises to the foundations of Taoist Internal Alchemy.
